TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing tickets for the Bali Earth Keepers Festival and receiving your wristband either at the Festival Ticketing Office or on the Festival grounds, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and waivers.

Except in cases of willful misconduct, the Bali Earth Keepers Festival and its representatives are not responsible for any harm, injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience experienced by wristband holders at the Festival venues, including but not limited to death, personal injury, illness, event delays or cancellations, and loss or damage of personal belongings. All prices are in USD$.

Event Planning

The event will proceed rain or shine, but as we’ve seen by the global pandemic, some things are out of control. Dates are subject to change and might do a little dance depending on those global travel restrictions (should they ever arise).

Wristband Terms

Your wristband must be worn for re-entry into the venue during any session or day. Any tampered or damaged wristbands will be deemed invalid and will not be replaced.

Wristband Collection

Present your e-ticket (digital or print) along with photo ID at the Bali Earth Keepers Festival venue to receive your wristband upon entry.

Photography and Filming

Photography, video, or audio recording of the Bali Earth Keepers Festival for commercial purposes is prohibited. Drones are not allowed. Let's keep the vibe groovy and the connections real! While you're soaking in the festival vibes, give your electronic devices a break. Respect the privacy of fellow festival goers and minimise electronic device usage - let’s dive deep into the moment. Disconnect to reconnect, fellow Earth Keepers.

Grant of Rights

Ticket holders consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded. Management has permission to use ticket holders' images, likeness, actions, and statements for any purpose, including commercial or promotional use, without further authorization or compensation.

Prohibited Activities on Festival Grounds

The following items are prohibited on the Festival grounds:

- Alcohol and illegal drugs

- Highchairs

- Animals (except guide dogs)

- Long lens cameras and audio recording equipment

- Non-biodegradable rubbish

- Busking or performing without prior permission

- Distribution of flyers, pamphlets, soliciting, or fundraising

- Recording or photography of workshops or live performances without permission

The Event Manager reserves the right to expel from the Festival grounds and confiscate recordings from anyone engaged in these activities without permission. No person shall interfere with plants, water fixtures, or any other installation within the venue.

Expulsion from the Festival Grounds

For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, volunteers, and staff, the Bali Earth Keepers Festival reserves the right to reject or expel any participant without liability. The Festival is not obligated to refund participants who are expelled or who leave the grounds before the conclusion of the event.

The Festival is under no obligation to any such participant who disrupts the harmony of the Festival to pay a refund of amount, following expulsion from the Festival grounds.
The BaliEarthkeepers Festival is not responsible or liable for any participant who leaves the Festival grounds prior to its conclusion or for any activity undertaken by any participant outside of the Festival grounds.

Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond normal control, such as war, civil unrest, government actions, epidemics, or other unforeseen factors, the Festival reserves the right to postpone the event without refunds. Alternative solutions and new dates will be communicated if the Festival is postponed.

Refund and Transfer Policy

No refunds are provided for purchased passes or wristbands. Name transfers of electronic tickets are permitted no later than AUGUST 1, 2024. Transfer requests must be made via email by the original ticket buyer to sales@baliearthkeepers.com

Wristbands are not transferable to another person and must be presented upon demand.

Damaged Wristbands

No refunds will be given for lost or damaged wristbands.

Rules and Regulations

  1. Participants must wear a wristband throughout the Festival, and the organizer may deny entry to anyone without a wristband. The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands. Counterfeit ticket preparation and distribution are prohibited.

  2. Attendees are responsible for their children's safety and behavior. Some acts may not be suitable for children.

  3. Alcohol consumption is not permitted. Illicit drugs are strictly prohibited, and Indonesian law will be enforced regarding drug offenses.

  4. Smoking in the festival is restricted to designated smoking areas only.

  5. Security may conduct searches upon entry, and harmful items are prohibited on site.

  6. Unauthorized recording equipment, including drones, is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

  7. During classes and workshops, participants are asked to maintain silence, refrain from using phones and cameras, and respect the privacy of others.

  8. Abusive or violent behavior towards staff or attendees is not tolerated.

  9. By entering the festival, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing or public broadcast.

  10. The organizer and Premises License Holder are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to belongings during the festival.

  11. Please dispose of rubbish properly and minimize plastic usage. Support reusable containers. Live by the principles of being an Earth Keeper.

  12. The lineup and schedule are subject to change.

  13. You may be searched on entry to the festival. We do not permit any of the following items anywhere on site: guns, knives, fireworks, pepper spray, glass or anything that may be considered a weapon. Anyone caught carrying harmful weapons or other explosive devices will be investigated and taken seriously in accordance with security procedures and laws in Indonesia.

  14. Unauthorized professional film or sound recording equipment, including drones are prohibited in the festival venue unless explicitly given permission by BaliEarthkeepers Festival organizer. Any material recorded without permission, may be destroyed or confiscated by the organizer.

  15. We do not tolerate any abusive or violent behavior towards our staff members or any festival attendees. Please cooperate with our staff; they are there for your safety.

  16. Neither the organizer nor the Premises License Holder will be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of participant’s belongings during the festival in any festival venue or shuttle buses or for personal injury.

  17. Being nude in any public area, river, or any sacred space at the festival venue is prohibited – please respect local culture.
